Paroxysmal Indulgence
a poetry duet

paroxysmal

A paroxysm of love
and I’m blinded by beauty.
Tell me what is this power
that you hold over me.

 Shall I submit to your whims
or steal away like a thieve.
You’re a mystery and I
sternly forbid you to leave.

 In choosing to surrender,
I’m naked at your mercy.
On display for my pleasure,
now prove that you’re worthy.

 Relinquish my virtuous heart
to your lascivious snare.
And now standing before you,
my temperature flares.

A paroxysm of lust
now I’m bound to this duty.
I’m ridding expectations
as urged by sovereignty.

I submit to your wild ways
and fall like a broken twig.
Beneath my brutal touch
you flush as my fingers dig.

So I choose to engender
from you a passionate plea.
Worship my sacred temple
and rise on bended knee.

Relinquish my damned soul
for it’s fears you’ve dispelled.
Content with your offering,
as your righteousness compels.

Paroxysmal indulgence,
a somatic servant that feeds.
Vulnerable to lust, love and
a ravenous carnal greed.  

Proliferated throbbing,
forced between parted thighs.
Stretched with filling ecstasy,
lewd remarks fail to chastise.

Pounding torrential storm,
keeling over in the rush.
Your exasperated breaths
must come to a halting hush.

Pleasure transforms into pain,
sharply, I begin to stagger.
Enjoy your eternal sleep
courtesy of my dagger.

  12. This had a lot of emotion and meaning. I find my mind taken back to a time of lords and peasant boys that would please them. High drama, and in the end only the lord can survive to remember. I have more to think on this one. Great work, and I enjoyed it. Hugs
